At Secuzine, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfilment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
At Secuzine, we offer digital advertisements, as well as digital and physical magazine subscriptions. We provide our services to clients through electronic means and physical shipment, according to their requests. Physical magazine subscriptions are shipped using priority services from our courier partners. Our current shipping partners include DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
The contracts we sign with clients are non-cancellable. However, if the service has not been performed as promised during the term of our contract, we offer a full refund.
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
At Secuzine, we sell digital ads and magazine subscription services. Therefore, these services cannot be returned. However, we offer a full refund according to our refund policy if the services are not fulfilled as promised.
Our contracts are non-cancellable and governed by individual agreements made with each client.
If, after repeated attempts by Secuzine to begin, continue, or finalize the delivery of services, the client fails to participate or becomes unresponsive to Secuzine’s requests for a period of thirty (30) days, Secuzine may choose to abandon the project. In such cases, Secuzine reserves the right to reduce any refund for the services to zero. The client agrees to forfeit any amounts paid for the services as described in the original work order or contract, wherever applicable.
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to info@secuzine.com stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
